CODE OF CONDUCT

For

Student, Principal, Teachers and Non teaching staff

            The code of conduct is a statement up holding values and all the ethical and professional standard which college endorses.  I.I.H.R.D. College committed to maintained and indorse a code of conduct that showcases excellence, intellectual, openness, inclusiveness, justice, integrity, fairness, respect, equity and accountability.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE STUDENT

Student should :

  • Be regular an punctual for the classes.
  • Maintain 75% attendance to be able to appear for examination, as per the guidelines of department for higher education , government of M.P.
  • Wear uniform and carry their identity cards.
  • Maintain adequate discipline in the college premises and should not cause any harm and damage to the belongings of the college.
  • Work for maintaining the campus greenery and environment.
  • Not get involved in any type of illegal activity.
  • CCTV surveillance is for the safety and security of the student , hence inspiring them to behave properly.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE PRINCIPAL

Principal should :

  • Be impartial, secular, dignified in discharging duties.
  • Be a true academic and administrative leader and insure quality in education and academic activities
  • Inspire and motivate faculty members to in hence their knowledge and keep updating by attending various training and others program.
  • Monitor financial matters effectively.
  •  Adapt to new technology and implement in the college.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE TEACHERS

Teachers should :

  • Express free and frank opinion by participation at professional meetings, seminars, conferences etc. toward the contribution of knowledge.
  • Perform their duties with dedication.
  • Participate in extension, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities including community services.
  • Be affectionate to the students
  • Make available to the student even beyond their class hours and help and guide them without any expectation.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE NON TEACHING STAFF

Non teaching staff should :

  • Provide all ancillary support for college functioning.
  • Have coordination with the faculty members and students while performing their duties.
  • Be very cordial, polite and supportive towards everyone (Principal, teachers, students , parents, visitors etc)
  • Be capable enough to switch over the official work to digital mode progressively.
  • Maintain honesty , integrity and equality in all  activity.
